Your loans renew themselves. You just tap Approve.
Pawn Portal gives every customer their own page to see and renew their pawns. And it gives you Maya, the AI that already runs the mornings at our three Calgary pawnshops.

A day with Maya
Your whole job is one tap a morning.
Loans forfeit because nobody called. Reviews sit unanswered. A lowball lands at 11:40 pm. That's not a staffing problem. It's a rhythm problem, and Maya runs the rhythm.
5:40●●● ▮
While you sleep, tomorrow's reminders are written.
Maya reads your loan book, finds every loan coming due, and drafts a text for each one with a pay link to your Pawn Portal page. One text per loan per due date. Never before 8 am, never after 9 pm.

41 reminders ready for today. 3 customers have two loans due, so they get one combined text. Reply OK to send at 8:00.
You read one text and reply OK.
That's it. 185 of our last 188 morning batches went out with one tap. Hold any message you want to look at first, or switch the lane to automatic once you trust it.

Someone calls about a ring. Maya picks up.
She answers your store's calls and texts any hour from live stock, tells every caller she's an AI, and never quotes a loan. Anything she can't handle is waiting for you in the morning.

Renewals panel: reminded vs. not, dollars kept on the books
Onboarding is normally one month's fee and covers the CASL step, mapping your books and your texting number. Also waived on annual plans, which get two months free. Rate locked 12 months from sign-up. Each extra store 20% off. First invoice when you go live.
1We call within one business day to book a 20-minute mapping session.
2Your free week runs in preview. You see every draft Maya would send.
3Like it? Pick a tier and go live in about two weeks. Don't? Walk away.
Do I have to switch my POS?
No. Maya works from the loan and payment exports your system already makes. We map it on the 20-minute call.
What if she texts the wrong person, or twice?
One guard sits in front of every text: one message per loan per due date, 8 am to 9 pm, daily caps, STOP honoured. Zero duplicates in 6,094 sends at our stores.
What if she gets something wrong?
Every task starts as a draft you approve. Automate a task only after you've watched her do it well, and switch it back any time. She never quotes loan values and never sells below your floor.
Is my loan book next to my competitor's?
No. Each shop gets its own separate instance and data, never pooled with anyone else's and never used to train anything.
How do you count the +23%?
A loan is "reminded" if our send-guard shows a text for it in the four days before its due date; its outcome comes from the next daily loan-book snapshots. 18.9% of reminded loans renewed vs 15.4% of the rest (3,627 loans, Aug 1 – Sep 26). The unreminded group isn't a random control, so treat it as a real-world comparison, not a trial. We'll show you the same panel for your store.
